School of the Arts (SOTA)'s Admission Exercise for 2026 Intake Now Open

On March 10, 2025, the School of the Arts, Singapore (SOTA) officially announced its admission exercise for the upcoming year.

For primary six students interested in joining SOTA in 2026, now is the perfect time to visit the Talent Academy (TA) website (link) to learn about the selection process.

For those interested in applying under the Visual Arts talent area, here are some key dates to remember:

• April 5, 2025: SOTA Open House
  This event offers a great opportunity to tour the campus and gain a deeper understanding of SOTA's curriculum.
• March 30, 2025, to May 9, 2025: Application Submission Period
  During this time, you can submit your application through the TA Portal.
• May 14, 2025: Receive Shortlisting Activity Schedule
  You will receive the schedule for the shortlisting activity via email. Please ensure you check your inbox for this important update.
• May 17, 2025: Mass Shortlisting Activity
  You must attend this activity in person at SOTA. It is a mandatory session where your creative abilities will be assessed.
• June 4, 2025: Check Shortlisting Status
  Log in to the TA Portal to check the status of your application after the shortlisting process.
• June 16, 2025: Download TA Schedule
  Use the TA Portal to download your schedule for the Talent Academy sessions.
• June 24 to 27, 2025: Attend Talent Academy at SOTA
  If shortlisted, you must attend these sessions at SOTA. This is a critical part of the selection process.

Important Note:
SOTA has fixed these dates, and attendance at all compulsory sessions is mandatory. Failure to attend any of these sessions will result in disqualification of your application.
