St. Joseph's Institution (Secondary)

St. Joseph's Institution (SJI) is a prestigious all-boys Catholic secondary school in Singapore, established in 1852. The school offers a dual-track education system comprising an Integrated Programme (IP) and a Secondary Education Certificate (SEC) Programme, catering to students with different academic strengths and learning preferences.

SJI offers the Josephian Arts Programme (JAP) Visual Arts, a four-year academic programme designed for students in Years 1-4. This programme aims to develop specific skills in art creation, encourage purposeful connections between investigation and practice, and foster artistic expression and reflection. The JAP Visual Arts is compulsory for students admitted through the Direct School Admission (DSA) for Visual Arts.

For the 2024 intake, SJI's PSLE score ranges are as follows:

  • Integrated Programme (IP): 4-7 for non-affiliated students
  • O-Level Programme (Posting Group 3): 6-8 for non-affiliated students, 7-12 for affiliated students

These score ranges reflect the school's competitive admission process and its commitment to academic excellence while considering students from affiliated primary schools.
