National Junior College (NJC) is Singapore’s first junior college, established in 1969. It is a co-educational government-aided autonomous institution that offers the Integrated Programme (IP), allowing students to bypass the O-Level examinations and progress directly to the A-Level curriculum. NJC is renowned for its holistic education approach, nurturing students into critical thinkers and leaders committed to serving society.

NJC offers the prestigious Art Elective Programme (AEP), which caters to students with exceptional talent and passion for the arts. The AEP provides opportunities for students to explore various art forms, including studio practice, art history, and critical analysis. Through this programme, students are guided by experienced educators and exposed to a wide range of artistic techniques and mediums.

For admission through the Integrated Programme (IP), NJC has an indicative PSLE score range of 5–7 for non-affiliated students based on the latest data. This reflects the competitive nature of its admissions process, which seeks academically strong candidates with diverse talents.
